Mondrift Design is a web design and AI assistant studio in Bolton. This page says what our website collects about you, who handles it and how to contact us about it. Last updated 24 October 2026.
What we collect
If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the business name, contact details and message you type, and we use them only to reply to you. If the form opens your email app instead, nothing is stored on our side until your email arrives.
The demos on this site run entirely in your browser. The sample bookings, enquiries and call transcripts you create are kept in your browser only, are not sent to us, and disappear when you clear your browser data.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs, including your IP address, for security.
Who handles it
The website is served by Cloudflare. Enquiries are delivered by email or by the form service named on the form. Our admin area uses Supabase, hosted in Ireland, for sign-in, and Convex for the list of demos; neither holds visitor data.
If you become a customer and we set up an AI phone assistant or automation for you, we agree in writing which providers handle your callers’ and customers’ data and for how long before anything goes live.
How long and your rights
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted. Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our using it. Email us and we will reply within a month.
