The follow-ups that slip when you are busy, done for you.

Reminders that do not get sent. Quotes that never get chased. Happy customers who were never asked for a review. None of it is hard; there is just never time. We set up the automation so it happens on its own, and logs it in one place.

What gets automated

Appointment reminders the day before, so fewer people forget. A text back within a minute when you miss a call. A review request when a job is marked done. A nudge when a quote has sat unanswered for three days. A note when a regular customer has not been in for a while.

Each one is a small thing. Together they are the difference between a diary with gaps and a diary that is full.

One place to see it all

A simple CRM holds every enquiry, quote, job and message, so you can see at a glance who is waiting on you and who you are waiting on. The Irwell Heating demo on this site shows a week of it running for a plumbing and heating firm.

It connects to the tools you already use where it can: your diary, your invoicing, your phone system. Where it cannot, we say so before anything is built.

Priced per piece

You do not buy a platform. You pick the pieces that fit: reminders from £49 a month, review requests from £59, enquiry follow-up from £149, the CRM from £149. Setup is a one-off fee for each. Add more when you see the first ones paying for themselves.
